As 2021 comes to a close, I hope you’re making time to revisit your New Year’s goals and resolutions, get the support you need to make them happen, as we all need a little encouragement! I also hope you make (not find) the time to write a note here and there (music notes are also wonderful!), to encourage others. It’s not so much the amount of writing which goes into a card as much as the fact that we’re taking the time to let someone know we’re thinking of them, and in these “pandemic times”, an unexpected, real, “snail mail” or hand delivered card, is even more appreciated. Think of personal and professional contacts who may be overwhelmed due to the pandemic or as they emerge from it (sigh…the dreaded “it”, morphing into “God knows what” else! “God knows” being the operative phrase here, which takes a whole big load off my chest, shoulders, head, etc.).
