Always more than just a card…
December 2023
CARD OF THE MONTH
With all the mayhem going on in our world, many may wonder how anyone could even utter the words “Merry Christmas!”… So in case you too are wondering…Here it is… Jesus Christ, is the reason for the “Merry” in “Merry Christmas”!
“I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.” Luke 2
Merry Christmas!

CARD OF THE MONTH
First card of the Month since January 2023! In honor of my Mom on Mother’s Day, a beautiful, simple and intricately designed pansy.
One of the things I love about pansies besides their symbolizing compassion, remembrance, faithfulness, and thoughtfulness, is their almost invisible (if you never look down!) yet spectacular attributes…You have to meet them where they are, as in much lower than with most flowers. Unlike statuesque and showy sunflowers, the pansy must be intentionally sought out before it can be fully appreciated. I love that this particular image of one turned out looking like a painting rather than the photograph which it is, and which you can receive via photocards I’m making available for purchase here.
Look for the “Extraordinary” in the “ordinary”…
It’s there and how this card came to be!

SUDDEN JOY
August’s Card of The Month came about quite unexpectedly. I had asked for permission to take pictures of flowers outside a store and before I could finish my thought about what I may want to photograph, this gorgeous monarch butterfly alighted onto the scene. Totally unexpected and so very welcome, adding a touch of wonder to my day as I hope this card will add to the day of those who receive it. “SUDDEN JOY” is proof that “extraordinary” does happen…at the most unexpected times. Make room for it! :)
